Jeff Lind – President     linkedin(1)

Jeff is primarily responsible for building teams, managing customer projects, creative direction, process design and managing IJJC’s business. In addition, Jeff is our lead consultant for many casino gaming projects.

Jeff is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Prior to founding IJJC, Jeff was the Senior Vice President of Content and Game Technology at Multimedia Games. He was responsible for the development of multiple gaming software and hardware platforms for Class II and Class III gaming jurisdictions. Jeff led all aspects of game development including hardware design, software technology, math, art, sound design and game programming. He is a named inventor on 38 U.S. patents and 68 pending U.S. patent applications. Jeff’s career has also included working as an engineer for KDT Industries, an Austin-based defense contractor..

When Jeff is not working, he spends time with his wife and three boys, coaches T-ball and soccer, and is a Cub Scout leader. He serves on the board of the Lind Family Charitable Foundation supporting Austin area non-profit organizations. He is also a country music singer and lead guitar player.

Joe Enzminger – Executive Vice President     linkedin(1)

Joe is our head problem-solver and technical leader. He studies our customers’ needs, designs technical solutions and processes, and directs our team to implement those solutions effectively. He provides a vast knowledge of both new and established software technologies.

Joe is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. Joe worked for Multimedia Games serving as a Senior Vice President managing Quality Assurance and Operations and as the company’s Chief Software Architect. Joe is a named inventor on 20 patents and 38 pending U.S. patent applications, and was responsible for the design and development of the company’s major software initiatives. He has experience in both server-side distributed system development and client-side web application development. Joe is capable of managing all phases of the software development lifecycle for enterprise-level systems. Prior to Multimedia Games, Joe worked at several game development companies, including one he founded, and worked as a Systems Engineer for defense contractor KDT Industries.

In his spare time, Joe is an avid aviator and volunteers his time supporting several aviation charities, including the Commemorative Air Force and EAA Young Eagles. Joe is also active in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas, serving as both a Big Brother and a volunteer.
